Materials Solutions
Note: As we are not design responsible, material selection is already made prior to the die coming to Superior. What is important is the understanding of how a material reacts in the stamping process is key to getting die to run effectively, which in the majority of cases is the key complaint that customers have.
We have experience in carbon and stainless steel, ranging from simple low carbon to complex dual phase 980 steels, coated steels (aluminized and Galvanized), structural non-critical finish (2 finish) to Class A surface quality.
